HOUSE THERAPY BEGINNER CONSULT | $375

Say HELLO to your home’s energetic personality!

This virtual consultation is a gentle introduction to Shui, focused on three power spots: your front door, primary bedroom and kitchen. If you have a home office, we’ll explore that space too.

Before we meet, you’ll send me a sketch of your floor plan, photos and a short video walkthrough. During our 60-minute session, we’ll look at how these spaces feel and function, and identify simple changes that can help your home support you more fully.

Your consultation includes:

  • One 60-minute virtual session
  • A personalized Nine Star Ki reading to explore your elemental makeup
  • A personalized bagua—an energy blueprint of your home
  • A written summary and simple action plan you can put into practice

You’ll leave with a fresh perspective on your home and a clear place to begin.

  • One 30-minute follow-up call within those 30 days

NINE STAR KI READING | $75

Your birth date holds more wisdom than you might imagine.  Nine Star Ki is an ancient form of Japanese astrology that reads the patterns of nature itself – the Five Elements of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water – and the way those elements move through you.  Your unique combination of three numbers reveal your primary energetic blueprint, your emotional inner world and the energy you radiate to others.  Profound, enlightening and always empowering, your Nine Star Ki often feels less like learning something new and more like finally being seen.  Reach out to book your reading today.

HOUSE THERAPY SPACE CLEARING | $399

What is the perfect time for a space clearing?  Moving to a new home, completing renovations or moving through times of upheaval and stress.  Let’s clear the air and get your space, and you, moving in a fresh new direction!

Before our appointment, we’ll talk to determine what type of space clearing best suits your intention and needs. After that, you select a day + time with no interruptions or distractions. I will suggest a few preparatory steps for your space before our appointment; however, I will provide all necessary supplies and tools.

  • 30-minute call

  • space clearing supplies

BUYING A HOME?  | $399

A house can check every box on paper and still leave you wondering how it will feel to live there.

If you’re considering a home, I’ll look at it through a Feng Shui lens—either in person or virtually—and share observations to help you see the space from a new perspective. We’ll explore how its surroundings, layout and energy might support the life you want to create there.

  • The location and surrounding environment
  • The flow of chi and any challenging areas
  • The balance of yin and yang
  • How the Five Elements show up in the home
  • Questions you may want to ask the realtor or seller

You’ll come away with more insight to bring into your home-buying decision.

SELLING YOUR HOME?  | $399

Getting ready to list your home? Let’s help buyers feel its potential from the moment they arrive.

I’ll walk through your home with you, in person or virtually, and suggest simple Shui adjustments to refresh its energy and strengthen its curb appeal. We’ll look at the entrance, the flow through your rooms and the details that help a space feel welcoming.

The goal is for prospective buyers to step inside and sense a home where LIFE LIVES HERE! You’ll have practical changes you can make before photos, showings and open houses.

RENOVATING YOUR HOME?  | $399

A renovation changes more than the way your home looks. From a new floor plan to a fresh paint colour, each choice can affect how a space feels and functions.

Before you commit to your plans, I’ll review your layout and design choices through a Feng Shui lens. We’ll consider how chi moves through the space, how the Five Elements work together and how your choices support the way your family lives.

Whether you’re planning a major renovation or refreshing a single room, this consultation can help you make thoughtful decisions and create a home that feels like yours.
